Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment you agree to the below terms and conditions.
Treatment Plans
- Once your treatment plan has been agreed upon, we will provide you with online or written details of your treatment plan.
- If this plan changes due to radiography or clinical findings we will inform and discuss this with you.
- Treatment plans and quotes are valid for 30 days from the date the treatment plan was prescribed.
- If there are any queries about your treatment plan please contact us before the appointments or treatments are started.
Payment
- Orthodontic treatment requires a consultation booking fee before your impression appointment can be made.
- All other treatment requires a 50% deposit before the appointments are made unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and all major credit cards.
- We do NOT accept cheques.
- A 5% discount is available on treatment plans over £1,000 if paid upfront via bank transfer.
- All fees are to be settled at the appointment when treatment is provided.
- All accounts must be settled before removing braces or fitting crowns, veneers, and bridges, top-ups of aesthetic treatments, or any other treatment packages.
- Interest-free finance plans are also available.
Refunds
- If you have changed your mind about your treatment, your deposit can be credited to your account to be used for future treatment as long as 48 hours' notice has been given before your appointment — otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
- If you would like a refund, this must be requested at least 7 days before your appointment and will be subject to a 2% administration fee. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days.
- Refunds cannot be given once treatment has commenced or completed.
Late Cancellations or Missed Appointments
- A minimum of 12 hours' notice of any cancellation must be given.
- We reserve the right to charge £1 per minute or 100% of the treatment fee or up to £200 per hour (whichever is less) if missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice. This is on a case-by-case basis and will be at the discretion of the Officer of the Day.
- You can cancel by telephone or online via the link contained in your email confirmation.
Late Arrivals
- We will endeavour to see you on time; however, occasionally this is not possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to have refreshments, update your medical history, and read your consent forms.
- We appreciate that sometimes being late is unavoidable, and we will try to accommodate patients as much as possible if you let us know in advance.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, please be aware you may be asked to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged £1 for every minute of late check-in.
- Please allow enough time for the clinician to do their job safely and efficiently and for the Infiniteam member to clean in between patients.
